The Economic Board stimulates the application of AI in the region. We focus on facilitating regional collaboration between businesses, knowledge institutions and governments in the field of AI as well as showcasing AI-related developments in the region. The Arnhem-Nijmegen region has all the ingredients to make a substantial contribution to the AI position of East Netherlands, the Netherlands and Europe. The region is home to well-educated personnel, excellent knowledge (including Radboud University and the Donders Institute, conducting pioneering research in neurotechnology) and companies that apply AI.
