Artific creates AI that works and keeps working.</p><h2>Industry</h2><p>At Voortman Keukens, they use the Artific AI platform throughout nearly the entire organization. For example, as a sparring partner for the management team or as a training assistant for salespeople to help them prepare for and practice sales conversations. In addition, the platform is used as a sales consultant for lead generation, as a knowledge base for customer support, and as a resource for customers when a device reports a malfunction.</p><h2>Health</h2><p>Artific has set up a secure AI environment for the Hartekind Foundation that supports the small team with marketing and communication: writing texts and newsletters, creating social media content, and developing campaigns. In addition, Artific built the AI assistant Art, which is featured on the foundation’s website. Art has been specifically trained on the research projects funded by Hartekind and serves as a knowledge base. Parents, older Hartekind patients, donors, volunteers, and other interested parties can easily ask questions about these topics. Everything operates in a secure, controlled environment; the quality of the answers has been extensively tested in advance. The result: more work done in less time and accessible knowledge for everyone involved.</p><h2>Energy</h2><p>Through its implementation partner Change Ai, Eneco uses the Artific AI platform for its customer service organization. Customer inquiries are handled using the AI Assistant and Conversation Module, which has led to improved inquiry resolution and higher customer satisfaction.</p><h2>Food</h2><p>For over 100 years, Royal De Ree Holland has specialized in the development, packaging, and transportation of top-quality flower bulbs, perennials, and related products. They supply various markets in more than 40 countries worldwide. To enable employees to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently, Royal De Ree Holland uses the AI Toolbox within the Artific AI platform. Employees can use AI Toolbox features for various tasks, including those in marketing, sales, and HR. For example, the marketing team can easily generate and develop content ideas, the sales team can summarize texts and draft proposals, and the HR team can write and translate job postings.</p><h2>Education</h2><p>ROC van Twente has chosen to roll out the Artific AI platform organization-wide based on the specific needs of each department. Within a fully secure, protected environment on the Artific platform (data remains within the organization; no student data is shared), the rollout began in the Finance department following consultation with IT and security officers. The first application in Finance: working smarter with financial data and dashboards, plus a custom-designed AI Grant Assistant for structuring and drafting grant applications.
