We believe that successful AI must not only be innovative, but also reliable and responsible. That is why we focus on the Ethical, Legal, and Societal Aspects (ELSA) of AI in our projects. In sectors such as healthcare, food, and education in particular, issues like privacy, explainability, safety, and societal acceptance play a crucial role. We help entrepreneurs incorporate these aspects into the development and implementation of AI solutions from the very beginning. By focusing on reliability, transparency, and societal acceptance starting in the design phase, we increase the likelihood that innovations will actually be adopted, can be scaled up, and will create sustainable economic and societal value.

We collaborate with AIC4NL’s ELSA Labs, where researchers, companies, and civil society organizations work together to develop human-centered and responsible AI. By combining technological innovation with legal, ethical, and societal expertise, we support entrepreneurs in developing AI solutions that are not only technically robust but also responsible and future-proof.&nbsp;

In addition, the European AI Act sets requirements not only for AI systems but also for the knowledge and skills of the people who work with them.
